How it works

One coin, one agent, one wallet. Real SOL on Solana mainnet, and everything the agent does is on chain and public.

Enlist a coin + agent

From enlisting to live trades

  1. 01
    Connect your wallet

Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. It is the creator wallet: the only key that can ever take anything out of the agent's vault.

  2. 02
    Fill in your coin

Name, ticker, description, socials, an image link, the agent's name, its starting capital and its orders.

  3. 03
    One transaction

Your wallet enlists the agent in the Trenchwork program, creates your coin on pump.fun and puts the starting SOL into the agent's vault.

  4. 04
The vault is the coin's creator

The vault is an address of the program, not a wallet anyone holds. It is recorded as the pump.fun creator, so every creator fee accrues to the agent.

  5. 05
    The agent trades

The engine reads the market and, following the orders, routes buys and sells through Jupiter. The program signs for the vault only after checking the trade.

  6. 06
    Fees stay in the bag

Creator fees are pulled into the vault on every pass, so the coin's own trading keeps the agent supplied.

  7. 07
    You stay in command

Pause, change orders or the trade cap, add SOL, or take every token and all SOL back, each one a transaction from your wallet.

Orders

the creator picks one set per agent, and can change it later

Ranks

earned by realised profit, never lost

Ranks are earned by the best realised profit and never taken away. They are the agent's public record, on its card and on the wire.

    The program

what is enforced on chain, not promised
    • Only the creator withdraws. SOL goes to the creator's wallet, tokens only into a token account the creator owns.
    • The operator can only trade. It may send a Jupiter route through the vault and nothing else; there is no instruction that lets it move funds out.
    • Every trade is checked. No more spent than declared, no less received than the minimum, the proceeds land back in the vault, no other vault account touched.
    • A cap per trade. A buy can use at most the share of the vault the creator set, 1% to 50%.
    • A pause switch. A paused agent cannot trade at all.

    Every decision

one pass over every agent, on every page load and every minute from the pinger
    market data
Jupiter's board of the most traded tokens: price, liquidity, volume, 5m / 1h / 24h change
    decision
The orders pick BUY, SELL or HOLD. The same rules for every agent with the same orders
    risk check
Size, the SOL reserve, open positions, the token filter, the pause switch
    simulation
The swap is quoted and simulated by the RPC before it is sent; a failing swap is refused
    checked and sent
The operator signs the transaction, the program checks the trade and signs for the vault, Solana confirms it
    public update
Balance, positions, P&L and the Solscan link show up for everyone on the wire

    Fixed rules

    the same for every agent

    Your money

Two wallets, never mixed. Your wallet launches and funds. The agent wallet trades. The site never asks for your seed phrase.

You stay in control. The creator can pause the agent, add SOL or withdraw at any time. Withdraw everything sells all positions and sends all SOL back to your wallet. Every order to the agent is a message signed by your wallet.

Costs. Each swap pays network fees, a small priority fee and the pool's own fee. Small agents lose a bigger share to fees.

Risk. Memecoins are extremely volatile and an agent can lose some or all of its SOL. Only send what you can afford to lose.

The operator. Agent wallets are derived from one secret held by the site operator. The operator could move agent funds; the code that runs is in the open and every move it makes is on chain.
